From bullion retailer to long-term investment partner. We modernised New Zealand Mint’s digital ecosystem with a premium headless ecommerce architecture; repositioning the brand for scalable growth, broader appeal, and long-term investor relationships.
As New Zealand Mint evolved beyond transactional bullion sales, its legacy Shopify 1.0 platform began limiting flexibility, storytelling and strategic growth. The experience felt rigid, template-bound and operationally expensive to change.
We designed and delivered a modern headless solution using Sanity and Shopify; creating a flexible, premium foundation capable of supporting diversification, education, CRM-led growth and the brand’s next chapter.
