From fragmented platforms to a unified, scalable commerce ecosystem.
Allpress operates across multiple international markets, each with its own ecommerce requirements, inventory structures, and localised customer needs. Their previous setup created complexity across CMS, commerce, and product management systems, limiting scalability and increasing operational overhead.
We replatformed Allpress onto a Sanity-powered headless CMS integrated with Shopify, creating a unified system that supports 5–7 ecommerce markets with local control, central governance, and long-term flexibility. The result is a streamlined architecture that reduces platform cost while enabling future expansion without structural rebuilds.

We redesigned the user experience to reflect the craft, detail, and quality behind the Allpress brand. Working closely with Allpress and their brand partner Swearwords (AU), we translated a refreshed visual identity into a digital experience that elevates product storytelling and simplifies purchasing. From coffee discovery through to checkout, every interaction was refined to balance clarity with sensory expression; ensuring the experience feels as good as the product itself.




Multi-market commerce, controlled locally but governed globally.
We built a flexible content and commerce system that allows each regional market to manage its own storefront, pricing, inventory, SKUs, and communications; while maintaining consistency across the global brand architecture. This modular setup enables teams to operate independently without breaking system integrity, allowing for faster updates, better localisation, and improved responsiveness to market demand. It also creates the ability to spin up new storefronts with minimal overhead as the business continues to expand.








By moving from fragmented headless providers to a streamlined Sanity + Shopify integration, Allpress significantly reduced platform complexity and ongoing operational cost.
The new architecture is designed for long-term scalability; supporting new markets, evolving ecommerce models, and future product expansion without requiring structural redevelopment. It gives the Allpress team a more efficient, cost-effective foundation that can evolve with the business over time.
