Welcoming Brooke to the Flight team

Introducing our Campaign Executive, Brooke. A breath of fresh air, Brooke is always learning and investigating the latest performance and social innovations to benefit our clients.

After completing a Bachelor of Design, Brooke dabbled with a career in design before returning to AUT to complete a Masters in Marketing. She originally joined Flight in an internship role with our performance team, however it wasn’t long until she was promoted to Campaign Executive and began taking on her own clients, managing her own projects and the rest is history. Get to know Brooke below.

What made you want to work with Flight?

There were a few key reasons! I was looking for an opportunity to exercise my talents in both digital marketing and strategic thinking in a work environment that fostered growth. When looking further into understanding Flight’s mission, values, core offerings and team, I felt a genuine sense that it was the place to be! A place where I could use my skill set alongside a team who were just as passionate about digital marketing as I am. I haven't looked back since.

Do you have a hidden talent no one knows about?

I don’t know if this is classified as a talent – but I think that I can make a pretty good homemade soup. From a good chunky chowder to a wholesome chicken noodle soup, over the winter, I have far too much time up my sleeve to master the art (but I don’t know if my soup would be quite up to Gordon’s standards haha)

What can we find you doing outside of work?

On a walk, listening to a podcast or socialising with friends! All of the usual pastimes. Although, I do have a love for heights – so you could find me bungee jumping or parasailing or something along those lines. Skydiving is next on the agenda, but still trying to talk my dad into that one!

Can you recommend a movie or TV series that you've recently watched and now can't stop?

I have been trying to get back into reading recently – so I can recommend a couple of really good books! Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens and Ugly Love by Colleen Hover are worth the hype. If you haven’t read them yet, they definitely live up to expectations.
