Welcome Carman, to the Flight Digital Team!

Carman comes equipped with plenty of experience after her 2 year stint at DDB. As an Account Manager, she has worked across many well-known brands including VW, Skoda, Kiwirail and AMP. She assisted on large scale brand shoots such as the VW TVC which was the first of its kind in 5 years.

Carman previously studied at Auckland University where she transferred from a Law Degree to a Business Degree, majoring in Marketing and Information Systems which better suited her career path.

Carman’s bright and bubbly energy is the perfect fit for Flight Digital as she continues to build strong relationships with our client base and excels in her role as an Account Manager.

What is your favourite hobby to do outside of work?

I wouldn’t say I have one singular hobby. I love catching up with friends, going out to eat, having a few drinks, going to the movies, and watching Netflix. I like being social!

What is your favourite aspect about working at Flight and why?

The team and the culture here is great. Everyone has been so friendly and supportive right from my first day. They’re easy to get along with and I look forward to see what we can all do together in the near future.

What is the one thing we should know about you?

My parents own a takeaway shop which you should definitely check out! Its called White Horse Takeaways in Mount Eden, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed (cheeky plug).

What do you consider your greatest achievement to date and why?

The fact I have been able to stay in my parental home rent free for 24 years without having to become a lawyer, doctor, or accountant. Instead I took the marketing path so we’ll see how long that lasts!

What is the coolest project/campaign you’ve worked on in the last 6 months?

The ClickClack Q4 campaign – being able to be part of a project from the very beginning (overseeing the photo/ video shoot) to seeing the end result was great. The ads turned out well, remained on brand, and the campaign is performing well for client.
